NewAge/Fingerstyle guitarist Peter Lainson derives his compositional style from his earliest influences of classical, jazz and folk genres.

Beginning with the drums at age five, he was introduced to the guitar by his older brother at age eight, and has been captivated by its mysteries ever since.

Peter says: “Curiosity has always guided me and early on I heard things in music which moved me on such a deep emotional level, I could not leave them alone; I had to explore them. Now, all these years later, this process is still the same. Curiosity continues to be my teacher.”

Peter’s music has been featured on History Channel, Martha Stewart Living, HGTV and Anthony Bourdain’s popular show, No Reservations. It is available on streaming and digital platforms including Spotify, Pandora, Apple Music, and Amazon.
